Newlands is a detached 2 bed house, tastefully refurbished in 2010, located in a quiet cul-de-sac not far from Sidmouth seafront & town centre. The house has an enclosed garden, well behaved pets welcome. Towels & bed linen available.Sleeps 4.

Entrance hall with door to: Cloakroom with wash hand basin & wc.
Inner hall with 2 doors leading to the Kitchen/Diner & Sitting Room. The Kitchen diner has new modern oak kitchen units, with integrated full size fridge-freezer, dish washer, cooker & hob with light & extractor over. Microwave, toaster, kettle & all the crockery & utensils you would expect. The Dining area has a dining table with 4 chairs.
Utility Area with washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board & iron.
The Sitting Room is a sunny room comfortably furnished with 3 seater & 2 seater sofas, coffee table, bookcase with selection of books & dvds, 2nd dining table, TV,with Freeview, DVD player/recorder, Radio/CD player.
